Dr. Cassandra Zafrani

Dr. Zafrani grew up in Montreal, Quebec where she attending McGill University and completed her Bachelor of Science & Agriculture degree with a specialization in Animal Biology. Following that, she attended veterinary school at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts and Nevis and completed her clinical rotational year at Purdue University, in Indiana. Slowly making her way back to Canada she then completed a Small Animal Internal Medicine and Surgery internship at Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) in Guelph, Ontario which helped her make her way to the Windsor/Essex region and to South Windsor Animal Hospital. 

Dr. Zafrani has strong interests in soft tissue surgery, ultrasonography and developing a strong client-doctor relationship with her patients. 

When she’s not in the hospital, Dr. Zafrani enjoys continuously discovering the delicious food scene in Kingsville and surrounding areas, loves enjoying the warmer weather that southern Ontario has to offer and going to the beach with her friends and family.
